Our Team
The people behind your order
BuyFactory Direct is run by a small team who look after the warehouse, pack the orders and answer the emails. Our range includes warehouse stock and selected specialist-supplied options. The product pages list the sizes, materials and specifications you need to choose.
When you email us, a real person reads it and replies, usually within one working day. No call centres and no scripts, just straight answers about a product, your order or your delivery.
BuyFactory Direct is a trading name of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd (company registration 0765554000332).
